Mystery item received!

Nope, this is not the JBL Charge 2+ and I will blog about this since I just got this just yesterday despite some inconvenience that happened to me during collection of this item, this would have been revealed earlier if not for the silly old me losing my EZ-link card yesterday from dozing off on the train. I should really quit this bad habit of sleeping every single time on the train.

So, let's play a game and guess what I've just received? Just a quick hint, it's has no electronic components inside. Here's a quick peek!

I'm glad this came in like three weeks after so much delay. I've been waiting for this to rescue my phone and hide the hideous scars from me dropping my phone. 

Without further ado, this is a handphone case for my Mi Note that my dad got for me a few months back, and I'm loving it using it as my daily driver currently. Here's on the design and there's something I just noticed about the casing, look at the top where there's some sort of a triangle and an eye inside. Is that what I think it is?

I'm a real rough user with my phone from my past experiences on how my only phone that never had a Otterbox case on actually suffered from broken glass - not once but twice. Poor Nexus 5, I'm so sorry that they didn't make Otterbox cases for you. I've fixed it for a good $200 now though and now I'm waiting to get my hands on the Nexus 5X. This case now makes me feel that my phone is in good cases although it doesn't protect as much as the Otterbox cases but this one definitely scores higher in the aesthetics department!

Anyway, the metal body is really good and I'm liking how I have easier access to the buttons now at the sides,where there are three golden buttons that looks like screws. It used to be a pain with my old cases that the buttons are now harder to reach which made me remove my cover and go naked with my Mi Note sometimes. I hated that and now that this is here after weeks of waiting. I can foresee myself using this until my phone dies. I hope it doesn't though because I'm totally loving this phone!

I took the string thing out shortly after because I thought that it looked really ugly and it feels uncomfortable when I use the case with one hand. Here's the link where I got the item on taobao and there are various design like the Pirates of the Carribean one and also the usual gold design one with gears.

Another nice looking one here which I didn't get because I really wanted the gold one with the tiger picture behind. I did not notice the Illuminati like thing until I got the actual thing though.
