Macdonald's Create Your Taste
It’s like a futuristic machine that allows you to customise your very own unique burger. Imagine Macdonald's with a touch of technology in Subway's style.
Basically, the huge touch screens that allow you to make your burger from about 30 different ingredients. You can choose from different types of buns, vegetables, cheese an sauces. They also present it right to your table instead of the usual self-collection over the counter.
Taking my first bite into the burger, which is absolutely the thing you have to dig into - the first thing I ever noticed was how different the ingredients were.
The ingredients
The meat they used is angus beef and I hope to see more variety in what patty is a available. I guess getting top grade in isn't that easy after all. This beats what you usually get at Macdonald's or even Burger King. Burger King is still my usual burger joint thanks to their whoppers but Macdonald's just brought the game to another level with this.

The choice of the buns to be honest were mediocre at best and I wish to see more choices in future. I love the other choices of Swiss cheese and regular cheese as well, one of my guilty pleasure. Did I forget to mention the caramelised onions? They are so good they made me enjoy onions for the first time!
Improvement and conclusion
I would to see the being a permanent thing and not a trial period only, and also I wish there would be options for grilled chicken and fish. They could do with customised ebi burger patty thrown into the mix for all we know.
All in all, the experience from the Create Your Taste burger is totally worth it. Worth the money and worth the wait. Make it a meal and enjoy it with a cup of frappe and it would be perfect. I usually spend about $12-$15 per meal but there's always the greed in me to go for the triple patty burger. There's no limit on how many pieces of patty you can go, so feel free to go Scooby Doo and Shaggy style on your next custom burger!
