I've got a quick and simple method compared to what I did last time and some even told me to download some extensions.
Here you go, in just one simple step:
1. Copy and paste this - chrome://flags/#disable-direct-write
2. Restart browser.
Let me know if this works for you! In the highly unlikely event that it doesn't, you can always use the long method.
This is from the official Google representative so it might help more than my short method, first step would be the same but if yours doesn't work you can follow their full one. It usually works after the first step.
